Fun, reward based dog obedience training classes for dogs over 6 months old. For puppies under this age, please visit our puppy page.

We will focus on teamwork and bond building with your dog so that you can be the best partnership possible. Happy dogs and happy owners!

Group Classes

Improvers Classes

    • For those new to training or who have completed our puppy class

    • From 6 months of age and above

    • Improvers gives you a foundation to training your dogs, building up on your relationship and getting used to basic principles of training - therefore setting you up for success towards your ultimate training goals

    Option to work towards IMDT Partnership Levels

  • Group classes aren’t for every dog, some may find the environment too challenging or too distracting and that’s okay.

    We have 121 zoom and at home consultations for this purpose.

  • The Institute of Modern Dog Trainers provides a framework of core behaviours that lead to a well trained and happy dog.

    Only accredited trainers of the IMDT are able to award these levels for those who wish to participate

  • We hold classes in the following venues:

    Midhurst Methodist Church

  • £80 for a 6 week term

    Each lesson is 45 minutes in length

Advanced Classes - dates and times tbc

  • More advanced class working on proofing known behaviours with added distraction, distance and duration

    Option to advance in the IMDT Partnership levels

  • A good level of obedience training with solid foundation behaviours in place

Other Services

1-2-1’s

  • These sessions are tailored to you and what you are wanting to focus on with your dog. Whether that be loose lead walking, recall, owner engagement, these sessions are all about you and your training goals with your dog.

    • In the comfort of your own home either with an in person consultation or a zoom meeting or

    • At a predetermined location for real world training scenarios

    • Out and about on a walk with you and your dog

  • In home: £30 for 30 minutes or £50 for an hour

    Zoom: £30 for 1 hour

Social Hounds - Coming soon!

  • Ever wanted your dog to be relaxed and content so that you can have a lovely cuppa at a café?

    Social Hounds simulates café/ pub training for you and your dog. It is great practice for real life café situations where you can practice settling your dog and getting them used to such a novel environment!
